Strawberry Spinach Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients

  • 16oz fresh spinach
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced julienne
  • 6 strawberries, sliced vertically, making 8 slices per strawberry
  • 4oz Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 4oz Spinato’s Pomegranate dressing (to taste)

Directions:

  • Place fresh spinach leaves, Spinato’s Pomegranate dressing add red onion into a mixing bowl.
  • Gently toss together until spinach is well coated.
  • Pile tossed greens into serving bowl.
  • Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese on top of greens.
  • Layer strawberry slices and candied pecan atop salad.
