Pear Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients

  • 16oz Fresh baby greens
  • 2 pears sliced julienne
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 4oz Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4oz Spinato’s Balsamic dressing (To taste)

Directions:

  • Place fresh baby greens, Spinato’s Balsamic dressing in a bowl then add pear, walnut.
  • Gently toss together until baby greens are well coated.
  • Pile tossed greens into serving bowl.
  • Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese on top of greens.

SERVE AND ENJOY!

  • You can also add tofu or chicken for additional protein.
